Njobola Elangwe

About

Elangwe is a driller in petroleum exploration with experience in mountainous, forest, mangrove, and swampy zones. Before any operation, he ensures an environmental impact assessment on humans, ecosystems, and natural surroundings. He manages equipment pressure, conducts daily machine checks, and leads toolbox meetings to sensitize the team on safety and working conditions. In swampy areas, he uses water circular machines and polygel to stabilize soft soil during drilling. Elangwe also handles the safe use of explosives, such as dynamite, after drilling when required. He enforces PPE use, monitors rest and meal times, and adapts routines to climate and topography for safe and efficient operations.
